Introduction
With Smart Collections, you can choose a series of parameters and assets will be added to the Smart Collection automatically. This feature makes it easier for you to add many related assets to a collection and automatically sort newly synced assets into the right collection.
Step 1: Navigating the Sidebar
From the main dashboard, navigate to the sidebar on the left side of the page. Click 'Library' to open the slide-out menu. Select Collections from the dropdown
Step 2: Create New Collection
In Collections, select '+ New Collection', name it and select Save
Step 3: Set Conditions
Select your new collection from the library
Once within the collection, select 'Smart Conditions' and '+ Add Smart Condition'
Ensure to select the field to match 'any' of the following conditions. From the dropdown, there are a number of different options to filter by using the metadata available.
NB: Up to NINE conditions can be added to a collection at once. See section below article on the specific condition formulas
Step 4: Create Smart Collection
After setting your conditions, select 'Save' and the collection will begin to sync
You can then navigate back to 'Assets' where all the assets that agree with the conditions set have appeared in the Smart Collection. In this case, all the assets named 'jb4' have appeared
Conditions
A Smart Collection can have any number of conditions. When you create a new Smart Collection, one condition appears automatically but you can add more by clicking 'Add Condition' on the right side of the modal.
Furthermore, the Smart Collection can be set contain assets that match all or any of the conditions set. You can change this from the drop down menu where it says 'Match all/any of the following conditions:'.
Conditions can be set on the following criteria:
Asset name
Finds assets by their name. This condition can be qualified as follows:
Folder Path
Assets from a specific folder from the inbound channel
Date Created
Find assets by the date they were created, options are as demonstrated below
Date synched
Find assets busing the metadata available. First select the source
Select an option from the dropdown available

Choose to include/exclude
Input the specified tag
Source
Find assets from or excluding a specific source, this can be any of the inbound or outbound channels that are connected
