Every metric Medialake reports for YouTube, and the YouTube field it comes from.
Unlike the advertising integrations, YouTube metrics are organic: they describe how your videos perform with your audience, not ad delivery. Metrics are read per video from the YouTube Data API's video statistics and captured as lifetime running totals, refreshed on each sync. There is no spend involved, so no currency conversion applies.
Each field below links to YouTube's own definition of that exact field.
Metrics
Medialake metric | YouTube field | Notes |
Views | Times the video has been viewed
Likes | Users who liked the video — may be unavailable where the creator hides like counts

Comparing with YouTube Studio
Numbers can differ slightly from YouTube Studio's analytics. The Data API reports the public running totals shown on the watch page, while Studio's analytics are computed separately, update on their own schedule, and can be filtered by date range. If a number looks off, compare against the watch-page counts rather than a Studio date-range report.
