The Medialake platform offers various roles that come with different levels of privileges for the users. Please see the list below for the full range of privileges afforded by the different roles.

Site wide user roles:

Site Admin

Regular User

Invitations

Enable an integration

x

Manage Users

x

Manage Teams

x

Integrations Admin Panel

x

Admin Settings Page

x

Sync Assets within their team

x

x

Be invited to join teams

x

The above permissions are site wide, and are determined when your account is created, or granted by an admin.

Team Specific Permissions:

Team Manager

Write

Commenter

Read

Change Team members permissions

Add members to a team

Create teams

x

Connect a source

Edit Service Settings

x

x

Sync files

x

x

Run jobs

x

Create albums

The above permissions are specific to each Team that is created. These are determined by the Team Owner, or by any administrators that have been added to the team by the team owner, or other administrators on the team.
