Accepted File formats:
Google Drive currently accepts every file format within a certain file size, which are listed below. However, not all file formats are available for preview within Google Drive.

Max accepted file size limit:
Individual users can only upload 750 GB each day between My Drive and all shared drives. Users who reach the 750-GB limit or upload a file larger than 750 GB cannot upload additional files that day. Uploads that are in progress will complete. The maximum individual file size that you can upload or synchronize is 5 TB.

Up to 10 million cells or 18,278 columns (column ZZZ) for spreadsheets that are created in or converted to Google Sheets.
Up to 10 million cells or 18,278 columns for spreadsheets imported from Microsoft Excel. The limits are the same for Excel and CSV imports.
When you convert a document from Excel to Google Sheets, any cell with more than 50,000 characters will be removed in Sheets.
