Accepted video file formats for upload:
A wide variety of video file formats are support. Meta recommended uploading in MP4 in a resolution equal or less than 1080p.
For picture type file formats, Meta recommends using a JPG or PNG files. PNG files larger than 1MB may appear pixelated.
