Accepted file formats:
The peach.me technical documentation shows a clear preference for the MXF (OP1a) file format with only few exceptions for MP4 and Quicktime files being allowed. It is therefore suggested that medialake.ai recommend the use of the MXF (OP1a) file format to the user before any upload to the peach.me platform takes place, unless this is not possible based on the location-specific criteria .

The number in brackets next to the some data points in the File Format, Extension, and Codec columns represent the combinations that can be used together i.e For the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, you can either submit a file in the MXF (OP1a) format encoding in the XDCAM HD422 or AVC intra codec, or you can submit a file in the Quicktime format that uses the Pro Res 422/Pro Res HQ codec. You cannot mix and match file formats with codecs unless specified.

Accepted video codecs:
XDCAM, AVC, and Pro Res are supported by peach.me, with XDCAM HD422, in combination with the MXF (OP1a) file format, being by far the most common combination. If a user tries to upload a video to peach.me with an incorrect file format/codec combination there should be a warning displayed, with information regarding what is being flagged displayed. The option to overrule this should also be allowed.

There is no known max file size for peach.me as confirmed by peach.me customer support. There is no documentation on this subject as confirmed by support staff.
