Step 1: Accessing the Library

From your MedialakeAI Dashboard you will need to navigate to and open the Library tab, highlighted in the image below.

Clicking on the Library tab will open the Library Menu, with sub-menus, including menus labeled All Assets, Collections, and Duplicates as seen in the image below.

Navigate to and click on the All Assets label, as seen outlined in red in the image below, and you will be taken to the asset library.

Step 2: Accessing the Asset Share Panel

On the Library page, seen in the image below, navigate to and click on the 3 dots located on bottom right corner of an asset thumbnail, seen highlighted in red in the image below.

Clicking those three dots will open a menu with various options, including "Share." Click the "Share" option to open the asset share panel.

You can also access the share panel from within the asset viewer by clicking the share button, seen highlighted in red below, that appears under the asset.

Step 3: Sharing Your Asset

After opening the asset share panel you will have to select the type of access youd like for the asset, and how you'd like to share the asset.

Clicking the dropdown menu, seen highlighted in red in the image below, to the right of the provided share link allows you to choose between allowing public or internal access.

Public access allows anybody with the provided link to view the asset you intend to share. Public viewers will not be able to access anything on Medialake aside from the specific asset you shared. Internal access means that individuals will be prompted to log in to their Medialake accounts before being able to view the asset. Select the type of access that fits your needs.

After selecting an access type, decide if you'd like to email an individual the share link directly from Medialake, or if you'd like to copy a link to share however you'd like.
