Setting Up Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two factor authentication secures your account by adding a prompt from another device.

Step 1: Accessing Your Profile

Navigate to the User section. This can be accessed by clicking on your user icon, highlighted below.

Clicking on that icon will reveal the options seen in the image below. Click on Account and then Settings.


Step 2: Enabling Two Factor Authentication

This will bring up the Account Settings page where you will see various options to amend your account's configuration. Click on the Security tab as indicated below:

In the Security section you will be provided with the option to Enable the 2FA authentication here:

Clicking the Enable button will prompt you to enter your password for security reasons, and will then provide you with the option to scan the QR code using your authenticator app on your phone, or entering the generated OTP key, as seen highlighted in the image below.

Once you have completed this step, the 2FA authentication set-up process is complete and you will be prompted to authenticate your logins moving forwards.
